About the Role:

  • We are seeking a skilled Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) to join our team in Poulsbo, Washington.
  • The successful candidate will conduct assessments and evaluations to identify speech, language, and communication disorders in students.
  • You will develop and implement Individualized Education Plans (IEPs) with goals for students with speech and language needs.
  • In addition, you will provide direct therapy services to students in individual and group settings, monitor and document student progress, and adjust treatment plans as necessary.
  • The ideal candidate will also provide training and resources to teachers and staff on effective strategies to integrate speech therapy goals into the classroom environment.

Benefits:

  • This contract position offers a competitive salary of $85,000 per year, plus benefits including medical, dental, vision, 401(k), life insurance, accident and short-term disability coverage, and free continuing education.
  • The housing deal is very attractive and includes a generous stipend towards housing costs.
  • Additionally, you will receive a refer-a-friend bonus of $1,000 for each successful referral.
