Job Description:

As an Electrical Systems Specialist at 3M, you will have the opportunity to work with a diverse team of innovative professionals to design, install, and maintain electrical systems and equipment. This role requires a strong understanding of electrical principles and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities:

Test and inspect electrical systems and equipment to ensure they are functioning properly

Install and maintain electrical wiring, equipment, and fixtures

Collaborate with other teams to identify and resolve electrical issues

Develop and implement electrical safety protocols to ensure a safe working environment

Requirements:

5+ years of experience in electrical systems maintenance and installation

Strong knowledge of electrical codes and regulations

Ability to work at heights and in confined spaces

Excellent problem-solving and communication skills

Work Environment:

Cordova, IL

Pay Transparency:
The starting rate of pay for this position is $42.99/hour.

This targeted compensation range represents a good faith estimate and can vary based on factors including, but not limited to, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
