Job Summary:

The Doorperson is a key member of our AccorHotel team, responsible for providing exceptional guest service and ensuring a smooth arrival and departure experience for our guests.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Welcome guests in a friendly and professional manner, providing assistance with luggage and directions as needed.
  • Maintain a high level of personal appearance and grooming, adhering to our hotel's standards and regulations.
  • Comply with all safety and security protocols to ensure a secure environment for our guests and staff.
  • Load and unload luggage, and assist with shuttle services as required.
  • Provide clear and concise information to guests, evaluating and selecting the most appropriate course of action to meet their needs.

Requirements:

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work well under pressure.
  • Ability to maintain composure and objectivity in stressful situations.
  • Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to evaluate and select among alternative courses of action quickly and accurately.

Working Conditions:

This is a full-time position, working in a fast-paced hotel environment.
