Customer Service Representative

The Front Desk Agent plays a pivotal role in ensuring a seamless guest experience at AccorHotel. Key responsibilities include welcoming and registering guests, presenting statements, and collecting payment for departing guests. Effective communication with housekeeping, maintenance, and guest services teams is crucial to fulfill guest requests. Front Desk Agents must be able to select and block rooms for arriving guests, book same-day reservations, preregister guests as required, and sometimes escort guests to their rooms. Collaboration with guest services agents is essential to coordinate the efficient handling of guest luggage at both check-in and check-out.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 12 years of experience in a luxury hospitality environment
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience with OPERA required
- Ability to focus attention on guest needs, remaining calm and courteous at all times
- Must be able to handle a multitude of tasks in an intense, ever-changing environment
- Ability to use various computer software
Additional Information:
