Job Summary
We are seeking an Administrative Specialist CL2 to join our team at the University of Southern Maine's Department of Occupational Therapy. This full-time position is located on our Lewiston-Auburn Campus and involves providing administrative support for our program, as well as secondary support to other College of Science, Technology, and Health academic units as needed. Your strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to work independently and in a team environment will be crucial in this role.

In exchange for your hard work, we offer a competitive salary of $18.86 per hour (non-negotiable) for new hires or the appropriate transfer rate for current employees within the University of Maine System. You will also receive a comprehensive benefits package, including eligibility for health, dental, and vision insurance, life insurance, short- and long-term disability insurance, and a 403(b)-retirement plan with 10% employer contribution.
