Key Responsibilities:

As a Nighttime Inventory Supervisor, your duties will include:

  • Maintaining cleanliness in the department, including equipment and storage areas.
  • Achieving a stocking rate of 60-65 cases per hour.
  • Operating equipment such as electric jacks and forklifts, provided you meet the age requirement.
  • Managing pricing and ensuring accurate merchandise labeling.
  • Receiving and unpacking merchandise, verifying against invoices.
  • Organizing and rotating products in accordance with departmental standards.
  • Creating attractive merchandise displays to enhance customer engagement.
  • Processing customer orders efficiently.
  • Conducting regular inventory checks to identify restocking needs.
  • Responding to on-call inquiries and addressing issues promptly.
  • Assisting the department manager with budget management and inventory control.
  • Supporting departmental training and supervision in the absence of management.
  • Communicating performance and training challenges to management.
  • Coordinating vendor and inter-company invoices for timely processing.
  • Understanding and managing all labeling and pricing systems.

Qualifications:

Ideal candidates will possess:

  • Previous experience in overnight shifts or supervisory roles.
  • The ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
  • A minimum age of 18 years.
