Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused professional to join our team as a Customer Service Manager at Arlo Henderson - State Farm Agent. As a key member of our agency, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional client experiences that drive business growth and success.

Key Responsibilities
  • Establish and Maintain Customer Relationships
    • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their needs and preferences.
    • Follow up with customers to ensure their concerns are addressed and their expectations are met.
  • Provide Exceptional Customer Service
    • Respond promptly and accurately to customer inquiries regarding insurance availability, eligibility, coverages, policy changes, transfers, claim submissions, and billing clarification.
    • Use a customer-focused, needs-based review process to educate clients about insurance options and provide personalized recommendations.
  • Collaborate with Agency Team Members
    • Work closely with other agency team members to coordinate efforts and ensure seamless customer service.
    • Communicate effectively with team members to share knowledge, best practices, and customer feedback.
