ROLE SUMMARY:
As a Marketing Associate at Nathan Ferguson State Farm Insurance, you will leverage your creativity and strategic thinking to foster the ongoing success of our agency.
Whether through digital platforms or community outreach, you will promote our team, our insurance products, and the positive impact we have on the community, while gaining valuable insights that will contribute to your professional development.
As a resourceful and sales-oriented individual, we are excited to integrate your talents into our agency.KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Collaborate with the agent to manage the agency's website and social media presence.
Assist in identifying and supporting local community initiatives.
Work alongside the agent to set and achieve marketing and sales objectives. Generate leads, schedule meetings, assess customer needs, and promote suitable products and services. Help develop and maintain a digital marketing framework to enhance office visibility.
REQUIREMENTS:
Ability to obtain Property and Casualty license.
Ability to secure Life and Health license.
Preferred experience in sales (outside sales, inside sales representative, retail sales associate, or telemarketing).
Preferred background in marketing.
Capable of delivering presentations to prospective clients.
Proficient in creating content for social media, websites, and email communications.
Self-driven and people-oriented.
Innovative in problem-solving and achieving goals.
Excellent collaborative communication skills with team members and clients.
