The Vice President of Strategic Partnerships is responsible for advancing high-quality, cost-efficient healthcare services that seamlessly integrate various clinical and operational support functions. This role entails delivering effective, economical services tailored to the needs of patients, healthcare providers, the community, and staff. The Vice President is a pivotal leadership figure, necessitating robust mediation, negotiation, and political acumen. Furthermore, they are tasked with championing the organization's vision and strategic objectives for business growth and outreach initiatives.
This position will oversee business intelligence analytics and physician recruitment teams, working in close collaboration with Senior Business Managers, Department Heads, and Executive Leadership to ensure the successful operation of the organizational framework concerning outreach services and the launch of new offerings.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:- Bachelor's degree in Health Care Administration, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
EXPERIENCE:
- A minimum of 10 years of experience in healthcare operations, including at least five years in a leadership capacity.
- A management style adept at navigating change within an established culture.
- A Master's degree in a relevant field is preferred.
ADDITIONAL EXPERIENCE:
- Membership in ACHE is highly recommended.
This role involves close collaboration with leadership teams across the organization to enhance revenue streams, achieve utilization and quality objectives, make informed management decisions, lead business development and provider recruitment initiatives, manage the daily operations of the Business Development Department, and foster partnerships between departments and community providers for integrated performance enhancement. Additionally, the position requires effective communication of essential information to stakeholders regarding market demands, competitive landscape, and customer-centric programs.
