Collaborate with the agent to manage website and social media content.
Assist the agent in identifying and supporting local community initiatives.
Work alongside the agent to set and achieve marketing and sales objectives. Generate leads, schedule appointments, assess customer needs, and market suitable products and services. Partner with the agent to develop and sustain a digital marketing strategy to promote the office.
REQUIREMENTS:
Ability to obtain Property and Casualty license.
Ability to secure Life and Health license.
Preferred experience in sales (outside sales, inside sales representative, retail sales associate, or telemarketing).
Preferred marketing experience.
Capability to present to potential clients.
Proficient in generating content for social media, websites, and emails.
Self-driven and people-oriented.
Creative problem-solver with a focus on achieving goals.
Excellent collaborative communication skills with team members and clients.
