Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Financial Business Services Coordinator to provide sales support and administrative assistance to our sales associates within assigned strategic accounts.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional customer service and support to strategic account customers, ensuring timely and accurate resolution of their needs.
  • Secure orders, arrange delivery dates, and monitor installation dates to ensure seamless execution of sales initiatives.
  • Assist in developing and implementing marketing action plans to drive sales growth and customer engagement.
  • Collaborate with sales teams to develop customer presentations and proposals that showcase Securitas Electronic Security's expertise and solutions.
  • Maintain accurate records and reports, including sales forecasts, call reports, and sales activity reports, to inform business decisions.
  • Implement and review contractual relationships with customers to ensure timely and accurate execution.
  • Communicate effectively with cross-functional teams, including sales, service, and finance, to maximize sales and customer satisfaction.
Requirements
