Job Overview

Coca-Cola Consolidated is seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Territory Sales Representative to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for delivering business growth and driving revenue expansion in your assigned territory.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver Business Growth: Identify and execute strategies to drive volume growth, revenue expansion, and customer satisfaction in your assigned territory.
  • Develop Customer Relationships: Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, understanding their needs and preferences to deliver tailored solutions.
  • Contract Negotiations: Collaborate with the Area Sales Manager to negotiate and finalize contracts with customers, ensuring mutually beneficial agreements.
  • Business Reviews: Conduct regular business reviews with customers to identify opportunities for growth, address challenges, and present solutions.
  • Market Analysis: Analyze market trends, customer needs, and competitor activity to inform sales strategies and drive business growth.
Requirements
  • Strong Sales Skills: Proven track record of success in sales, with a strong ability to build relationships, negotiate, and close deals.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively present to customers and stakeholders.
  • Technical Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office, with a strong understanding of sales technology and data analysis tools.
  • Business Acumen: Strong understanding of business principles, including market analysis, customer needs, and competitor activity.
