Territory Sales Representative

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Territory Sales Representative to join our team at The Progressive Corporation. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with independent agencies in your assigned territory, driving growth and increasing utilization of our products and services.
Key Responsibilities- Meet with agents in your territory to influence and advocate for increased utilization of Progressive's products and services
- Manage the quality of the book of business and overcome objections to drive profitable growth within your territory
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with agency partners to understand their goals and how our products fit into those goals
- Travel frequently to meet with agencies within your territory, with an average of 5-6 nights per month
- High School diploma/GED equivalent or higher and a minimum of six years outside business-to-business sales experience or territory management experience
- OR Bachelor's degree or higher and a minimum of three years outside business-to-business sales experience or territory management experience
- Compliance with Progressive's driving standards and/or policy
- Valid driver's license and auto insurance
- Outside business-to-business sales experience with a demonstrated ability to advocate, influence, and advance results and business outcomes
- Ability to manage work and weekly schedule independently and efficiently, with prior experience in a field-based role
- Ability to use formal and informal networks to accomplish goals and review data sources
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (i.e., Word, Excel, and PowerPoint)
- Experience with a sales or customer relationship management tool (i.e., Salesforce)
- $84,000 - $101,000/year
- Gainshare bonus up to 30% of eligible earnings based on company performance
