Job Summary

We are seeking an Associate Attorney to join our team in Lawrence, Kansas. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for preparing claims and appeals, communicating with clients and VA personnel, and collaborating with colleagues to develop effective case strategies.

Responsibilities
  • Prepare and submit claims and appeals on behalf of our clients
  • Communicate effectively with clients and VA personnel to ensure seamless case management
  • Collaborate with colleagues to develop and implement effective case strategies
  • Travel to legal conferences and attend client meetings as needed
Requirements
  • J.D. degree from an ABA-approved law school
  • Active membership in good standing of the Bar
  • Strong writing and communication skills
  • Problem-solving skills and attention to detail
  • Compassion and high standard of ethics
