Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and courteous Shuttle Driver/Bellman to join our team at Westin Washington Dulles Airport. As a Shuttle Driver/Bellman, you will be responsible for providing exceptional guest service, transporting guests to and from the airport, and ensuring a seamless experience for our valued customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Transport guests to and from the airport in a safe and timely manner
  • Load and unload guest luggage and other belongings from vehicles
  • Escort guests to and from guest rooms and other hotel areas
  • Provide accurate information on hotel facilities, local attractions, and transportation arrangements
  • Maintain effective communication with bell staff and hotel departments
  • Adhere to special guest needs, large group arrivals, and VIP requests
  • Perform bell staff duties, including loading and unloading luggage, and navigating bell carts through public areas
  • Operate hotel vehicles in a safe manner and maintain logs and schedules
  • Ensure timely delivery of guest luggage, packages, and messages
  • Follow security procedures for handling guest room keys and protecting guest information
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Valid state driver's license and CDL preferred
  • Ability to communicate effectively in English
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
  • Ability to lift luggage and packages
