Job Summary

The Shuttle Driver/Bellman is responsible for providing exceptional guest service by transporting guests to and from the airport, loading and unloading luggage, and promoting hotel facilities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Transport guests to and from the airport in a safe and timely manner
  • Load and unload luggage and other belongings from vehicles
  • Promote hotel facilities and provide information to guests
  • Perform bell staff duties, including loading and unloading luggage and escorting guests to and from guest rooms
  • Operate hotel vehicles in a safe and efficient manner
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Valid state driver's license and CDL preferred
  • Ability to communicate effectively with guests and colleagues
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations
