Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Shuttle Driver/Bellman to join our team at Westin Washington Dulles Airport. As a Shuttle Driver/Bellman, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our guests, ensuring their safety and comfort while transporting them to and from the airport terminal and other designated locations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Transport guests in a safe and timely manner, using hotel vehicles and adhering to established traffic regulations.
  • Load and unload guest luggage and other belongings from vehicles, and assist with storing luggage in designated areas.
  • Provide accurate information to guests about hotel facilities, local attractions, and transportation arrangements.
  • Assist guests with their needs, including delivering messages, faxes, and other items.
  • Maintain a clean and organized hotel vehicle, and perform daily pre-driving checks to ensure the vehicle is in proper working order.
  • Develop and maintain productive interpersonal relationships with guests, colleagues, and other stakeholders.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; CDL preferred.
  • Valid state driver's license required.
  • Ability to communicate effectively in English, both verbally and in writing.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations.
  • Ability to lift and move luggage and other items as needed.
