Shuttle Driver

We are seeking a highly skilled and courteous Shuttle Driver/Bellman to join our team at Westin Washington Dulles Airport. As a Shuttle Driver/Bellman, you will be responsible for providing exceptional guest service, ensuring a smooth and efficient transportation experience for our guests, and maintaining the highest standards of professionalism and safety.

• Guest Service: Welcome guests warmly, create a positive first impression, and provide accurate information on hotel facilities, local attractions, and transportation arrangements.
• Transportation: Safely transport guests to and from the airport terminal, hotel, and other designated locations, using official hotel vehicles.
• Luggage Handling: Load and unload guest luggage and other belongings from vehicles, escort guests to and from guest rooms, and maintain effective communication with bell staff and hotel departments.
• Vehicle Maintenance: Regularly inspect and maintain hotel vehicles, ensuring they are in good working condition, and perform daily pre-driving checks.
• Customer Service: Listen to and promptly address guest complaints and concerns, providing solutions and ensuring a positive experience.
• Teamwork: Collaborate with bell staff, hotel departments, and other team members to ensure seamless guest service and efficient operations.

• Education: High school diploma or equivalent required; CDL preferred.
• Experience: Previous experience in transportation, customer service, or a related field.
• Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and a strong commitment to safety and customer satisfaction.
