Job Description

At Gotham Enterprises Ltd, we are seeking a skilled Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker to provide comprehensive mental health services to individuals and families.

This role is essential in assisting clients in addressing their mental health challenges and achieving their personal goals. The successful candidate will conduct thorough assessments, diagnose, and treat a variety of emotional and psychological issues while promoting overall well-being.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct thorough assessments of clients' emotional, behavioral, and mental health needs.
  • Counsels and provides crisis intervention for patients, including assessment and treatment of emotional and behavioral problems.
  • Consult and coordinate with family and/or support system regarding client treatment and discharge planning.
  • Communicates with physicians to report patient progress, needs, concerns, and potential and actual problems.
  • Maintains accurate and timely records including clinical and progress notes according to department policy.

Requirements:

  • Master's degree in Social Work, Counseling, or Psychology.
  • Active Washington state licensure as LICSW.
  • Two years or more of experience working with children or families with developmental differences.
  • Strong assessment and diagnostic skills.
  • Familiarity with community resources and support services.
  • Proficient in using electronic health record (EHR) systems for documentation and patient management.
  • Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities.
