Job Title: Pediatric Mental Health Therapist

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Pediatric Mental Health Therapist to join our team at ICAN Children's Therapy. As a Pediatric Mental Health Therapist, you will work with children and families impacted by autism and neurodevelopmental disorders, providing individual and group treatment sessions. Your expertise will help us deliver high-quality care and support to our patients.

Key Responsibilities:

* Provide mental health services to children and parents through individual and group treatment sessions
* Work with parents in individual or family sessions to support their child's mental health
* Participate in our special programs, including diagnostic testing, parent support groups, and social groups
* Refer parents and patients to resources or community treatment providers as needed
* Maintain up-to-date clinical notes, monthly statistics, and any other clinical documentation
* Provide training, consultation, and support to other providers as needed
* Collaborate with other members of the ICAN treatment team

Requirements:

* Licensed or eligible for LMHC licensure in Washington State
* Experience in pediatric mental health assessment, psychotherapy, and case management
* Demonstrated ability to manage barrier behaviors
* Excellent oral and written communication skills
* Experience with word processing and Microsoft Outlook
* Willingness and ability to learn software programs for electronic record-keeping
