Job Summary

We're seeking a highly motivated and compassionate outpatient mental health therapist to join our team at Ellie Mental Health in Bellevue's Spring District. As a therapist, you will play a vital role in helping us build a clinical culture that prioritizes client outcomes and access to mental health services.

Responsibilities
  • Provide high-quality clinical care to clients in a supportive and non-judgmental environment
  • Collaborate with our clinical team to develop and implement treatment plans that meet the unique needs of each client
  • Participate in weekly case consults and social events to foster a sense of community and connection among team members
  • Enjoy flexibility and autonomy in your work, with the option to work from home or in our Bellevue office

Requirements
  • Master's Level Degree or higher in a related field
  • Full, unencumbered licensure in Washington (LMFT, LHMC, LICSW)
  • Self-motivated, self-aware, and self-disciplined, with a commitment to results, continuous improvement, and strong relationships
  • Ability to commute to our Bellevue office 2-3 times weekly
