Mental Health Therapist

We are a specialized group practice dedicated to helping individuals struggling with anxiety and OCD. Our team of licensed clinicians is passionate about using evidence-based therapies to make a real impact in people's lives.

Job Requirements- Master's or Doctorate degree in a relevant field
- Two years of experience in direct 1:1 counseling
- WA State Department of Health license
- Direct experience working with kids, adolescents, or adults in a therapeutic setting
- Experience providing strong motivation to learn evidence-based therapies such as CBT or ERP
- Incredibly passionate about providing quality therapy
- A willingness and motivation to grow and evolve as a therapist
- Excellent communication and documentation skills
- Ability to maintain treatment records consistently and in a timely fashion
- Ability to use independent judgment and to manage and impart confidential information
- Ability to design and implement appropriate treatment plans
- Willingness to work 2 evenings and/or one weekend day
