Job Requirements
  • Master's or Doctorate degree in a relevant field
  • Two years of experience in direct 1:1 counseling
  • WA State Department of Health license
Ideal Applicant Qualifications
  • Direct experience working with kids, adolescents, or adults in a therapeutic setting
  • Experience providing strong motivation to learn evidence-based therapies such as CBT or ERP
  • Incredibly passionate about providing quality therapy
  • A willingness and motivation to grow and evolve as a therapist
  • Excellent communication and documentation skills
  • Ability to maintain treatment records consistently and in a timely fashion
  • Ability to use independent judgment and to manage and impart confidential information
  • Ability to design and implement appropriate treatment plans
  • Willingness to work 2 evenings and/or one weekend day
