About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled Lead Systems Technician to join our team at Vector Security Networks. As a key member of our technical team, you will be responsible for the installation, servicing, and maintenance of commercial integrated security systems, including burglar and fire alarms, access control, and video surveillance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Completes system installations and servicing of various types of integrated security systems.
  • Assists in the design of integrated systems and understands software and programming for primary manufacturers used by our home branch.
  • Possesses strong technical aptitude and effective interpersonal skills to communicate with various individuals in a professional manner.
  • Must be able to effectively communicate with various individuals in a professional manner in order to provide superior customer service.

Requirements:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • Minimum of 2-years of fire detection and signaling systems experience (burglary, fire alarm, CCTV and access control).
  • 5+ years industry experience - Preferred.
  • Must possess a valid driver's license.
  • Must possess State licensing (EL06).
  • ESA Certified Alarm Technician Level 2 or equivalent - Preferred.
  • NICET Fire or Video Level - Preferred.
