Job Overview

BGIS is seeking a highly skilled Lead HVAC Technician to join our team in Seattle, WA. As a key member of our facilities management team, you will be responsible for leading our HVAC technicians in providing exceptional service to our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct regular audits to ensure compliance with company standards and regulations
  • Lead and manage a team of HVAC technicians to ensure timely and efficient completion of tasks
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve HVAC system performance and reduce energy consumption
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of HVAC services with other facilities management functions
  • Provide technical guidance and support to junior technicians to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their duties effectively

Requirements:

  • Minimum 3-5 years of experience in commercial HVAC with a focus on leadership and team management
  • Washington State 06A license or equivalent
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
