Client Relations Supervisor.



Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee CRM and data administration to guarantee precise reporting, listing information, and promotional content
  • Aid in the formulation and revision of performance indicators, policies, and operational benchmarks
  • Supervise performance metrics and ensure team members are achieving their objectives
  • Compile and present progress reports for the team
  • Handle administrative tasks such as coordinating the team's calendar, schedules, and additional requirements

Required Qualifications

  • A minimum of 3-5 years of experience in CRM oversight, demonstrating a successful history of leveraging CRM tools to achieve outcomes
  • Advanced expertise in CRM software, with comprehensive knowledge of its capabilities, features, and integrations
  • Skilled in data evaluation and reporting, with the capacity to extract insights and make informed, data-driven choices
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and collaborative skills
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented
