About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused individual to join our team as an Outdoor Guest Services Worker at Adventure Mountain at Lake Tahoe. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring guest satisfaction by providing exceptional customer service, booking reservations, and resolving any guest concerns or issues.

Key Responsibilities
  • Greet and provide customer service to guests while anticipating their needs
  • Book reservations and coordinate registration
  • Operate a register and/or software system to complete cash and credit card transactions
  • Answer phone calls and emails and deliver messages as needed
  • Maintain excellent customer service and a positive attitude towards guests, customers, clients, co-workers, etc.
Qualifications
  • Previous guest services experience preferred
  • Demonstrates excellent customer service skills
  • Demonstrates interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Demonstrate organizational skills, accuracy, and attention to detail
