Key Responsibilities:
- Customer Experience: Promote a positive and engaging customer experience by providing excellent service, addressing customer concerns, and ensuring a seamless shopping experience.
- Team Leadership: Lead and develop a team of associates to ensure they have the skills and knowledge to deliver outstanding customer service.
- Store Operations: Collaborate with management to ensure efficient store operations, including managing inventory, maintaining store appearance, and implementing sales strategies.
- Training and Development: Train and mentor associates on customer service skills, product knowledge, and store policies to enhance their performance and career growth.
Requirements:
- Customer Service: Strong customer service skills with the ability to handle customer complaints and concerns in a professional and empathetic manner.
- Leadership: Proven leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop a team to achieve sales goals and objectives.
- Communication: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to work effectively with associates, management, and customers.
- Adaptability: Ability to adapt to changing store conditions, including sales fluctuations, inventory levels, and customer traffic.
