At The Vincent Koo Team, we are seeking a skilled Real Estate Sales Agent to join our team. As a Sales Agent, you will be responsible for helping clients find and buy their dream homes.

Responsibilities:

* Hold buyer and seller consultations to understand their needs and wants in a home
* Nurture relationships with clients to generate more sales
* Prospect for new leads to promote new business
* Consistent lead follow-up to grow the sales pipeline
* Create written purchase offers for buyer clients to facilitate a quick and easy closing process

Qualifications:

* Good organizational and time management skills
* Willingness to learn new tools, systems, and technologies
* Self-motivated and able to perform tasks independently
* Excellent communication, negotiation, and networking skills
* A successful and proven sales history is preferred
