Job Description
At Midwest Combustion Solutions Inc, we are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Outside Sales Representative to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for generating leads, attracting new clients, and closing deals. Your primary focus will be on building strong relationships with existing and potential customers within your territory, evaluating their needs, and negotiating successful deals.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and maintain a strong understanding of customer needs and preferences
  • Travel to appointments and meetings with potential and existing customers within your territory
  • Meet or exceed designated sales targets
  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive business growth
  • Document all leads, sales, and customer interactions in our CRM system
  • Utilize best practices in negotiation and sales techniques to close sales

Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent required, bachelor's degree preferred
  • Previous experience in outside sales
  • Excellent negotiation and customer service skills
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • A positive attitude and ability to be persistent
  • Prior knowledge of boiler room operations preferred
