We are seeking a highly motivated and energetic Outside Sales Representative to join our team at Midwest Combustion Solutions Inc.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers within your territory
- Travel to appointments and meetings with customers to discuss sales opportunities and negotiate deals
- Meet or exceed designated sales targets and create effective sales strategies
- Document all leads, sales, and customer interactions in our CRM system
- Utilize negotiation and sales techniques to close sales and drive business growth
- High school diploma or equivalent required, Bachelor's degree preferred
- Previous experience in outside sales and a strong track record of success
- Excellent negotiation and customer service skills, with a positive attitude and ability to be persistent
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with prior knowledge of boiler room operations a plus
