Job Description

This role requires the ability to lift and/or maneuver patients in conjunction with others to perform job functions. The successful candidate will possess strong communication skills and be able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

  • Principal Accountabilities:
  • Perform mammography radiographic exams on patients, ensuring compliance with all radiation safety procedures.

  • Enter and monitor patient data.

  • Perform quality assurance on mammography equipment.

  • Identify and report any accidents, complaints, or equipment malfunctions to department management.

  • Take emergency calls within the department.

  • Ensure safe care to patients, staff, and visitors by adhering to all Memorial Hermann policies, procedures, and standards.

  • Promote individual professional growth and development by meeting requirements for mandatory/continuing education and skills competency.

The estimated salary for this position is $65,000 - $85,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications. Benefits include generous PTO, holidays, and personal and spiritual holidays to support work-life balance.
