Position Overview

RSP Events is seeking a Senior Sales Representative to join our dynamic team in the greater Philadelphia area. As we continue to grow, we are looking for a dedicated professional who can enhance our clients' sales strategies through our extensive expertise in business collaborations. The ideal candidate will oversee client engagement, ensuring they are informed about new offerings, services, and potential upgrades.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive monthly growth in client accounts by executing effective field sales initiatives.
  • Deliver exceptional customer service, establish pricing strategies, promote our services, and identify upselling opportunities.
  • Engage in clear and effective communication with customers, team members, and management.
  • Stay informed about local businesses to monitor competitor strategies.
  • Foster and maintain strong relationships with vendors, suppliers, and clients.
  • Leverage existing sales systems to enhance overall sales performance.
  • Develop and implement corporate and departmental strategies, policies, and procedures.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in business administration or a related field is preferred.
  • Prior experience in customer service or cashier roles within a retail setting.
  • High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
  • A proactive individual with a strong sense of ownership, capable of thriving in a fast-paced and evolving environment.
  • Ability to engage with a diverse range of personalities.
