Key Responsibilities
  • Support production operators and staff in various production-related tasks, including depalletizing, cleaning, and packaging.
  • Work within established production standards to maintain the quality of finished products.
  • Maintain and clean production areas, handling and using caustic chemicals as needed.
  • Meet safety and security requirements, adhering to Federal and State regulatory guidelines.
Requirements
  • Must be at least 18 years old and possess a minimum of eighth-grade level reading and math skills.
  • Prefer direct work experience within the industry, working with high-speed equipment in a team environment.
  • Ability to read and interpret documents, write routine reports, and speak effectively to all employees.
  • Mathematical skills to calculate figures and amounts, apply conversion of various measuring units, and reason to carry out instructions.
Work Environment

The work environment is fast-paced and dynamic, with regular exposure to wet and/or humid conditions, moving mechanical parts, and risk of electrical shock. The noise level is usually very loud.

We offer a competitive hourly rate of $19, as indicated in the CBA, and a comprehensive total rewards package, including group health and/or dental insurance, retirement plan, paid time away from work, and paid holidays.
