About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Customer Relations Management Representative to join our team at Timken. As a key member of our customer service team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support to our distribution customers and distributors, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide technical support and assistance to customers via phone, email, and other communication channels.
  • Process customer inquiries, quotations, and orders in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Collaborate with sales, distributor accounts, product managers, and supply chain teams to ensure seamless customer service and support.
  • Proactively identify and resolve customer issues, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, distributors, and internal stakeholders.
Requirements
  • Minimum: High School Diploma
  • Preferred: Bachelor's Degree in Business Management or Marketing
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced call center environment
  • Proficiency in SAP and other relevant software systems
