As a Team Lead at Tempur Sealy, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service while promoting and selling our premium products. In addition to this, you will serve as a key member of the management team, providing leadership and support when the Store Manager is unavailable. This may include opening and closing the store, as well as covering management duties.

### Key Responsibilities

* Collaborate with management to drive overall store leadership and supervision
* Develop and implement strategies to increase brand awareness and advocacy, exceeding projected store goals
* Recruit, hire, and develop store associates, ensuring they meet the highest standards of customer service
* Provide a premium customer experience, building strong relationships with our consumers
* Maintain high standards of visual merchandising and brand presentation
* Ensure financial objectives and controls are consistently managed
* In the absence of store management, provide leadership to ensure the store operates to Tempur-Pedic standards

### Requirements

* Bachelor's degree preferred
* 1-3 years of retail management experience with high-end luxury and/or custom products
* Strong sales skills in a consultative environment
* Proven ability to lead, direct, and train others in a store setting
* Skilled in current best practice retail methods, procedures, and standards
* Ability to work effectively in a team environment
* Flexibility in work schedule to meet store needs
* Proficiency in current retail software and computer systems
