Are you ready to elevate your career with a leading logistics organization? At Kuehne+Nagel, we are seeking a new Global Sales Vertical Lead-Healthcare to enhance our Corporate Healthcare sales team.

Your Role
As a seasoned expert in logistics and freight, you will spearhead our global sales initiatives within the healthcare sector. We are looking for a proactive leader to propel our healthcare vertical to unprecedented levels of success.

Your Responsibilities
- Effectively communicate industry trends to ensure team alignment and awareness.
- Identify and capitalize on growth opportunities, potential clients, and innovative industry solutions.
- Implement the corporate strategy by delivering customized supply chain solutions tailored to industry needs.
- Lead and mentor the Key Account Management team to foster growth and enhance the development of vertical and key accounts.
- Cultivate a high-performance culture through effective leadership, guidance, and coaching.
- Recruit, nurture, and retain top talent within the Account Management Team.
- Encourage knowledge sharing within the team and across verticals to boost collective expertise.
- Conduct comprehensive market analysis and networking to broaden the client base and increase revenue streams.
- Establish and maintain robust client relationships, offering tailored solutions to enhance satisfaction and loyalty.
- Monitor performance metrics to ensure a strong pipeline and high closing ratios, meeting targets and business objectives.

Your Skills and Experiences
- Master’s degree or equivalent in Logistics/Freight (BA & BS combination).
- Over 5 years of international experience.
- More than 5 years of direct and virtual leadership experience.
- At least 5 years in Business Unit/Functional Unit sales and industry roles.
- Proficient in forwarding, business management, client relationship management, business development, and profit & loss management.
- Proven track record in executing cross-selling solutions and initiatives.
- Ability to establish clear direction, team identity, and exemplify desired behaviors and values.
- Balance strategic thinking with hands-on business growth while developing collaborative relationships with key influencers.

Compensation
The target salary range for this position is between $170,000.00 and $200,000. Base salary is part of a competitive total rewards package that includes health and welfare benefits, a 401k retirement savings plan, tuition reimbursement, and incentive compensation for eligible roles. Individual pay may vary based on experience, skills, job location, internal pay equity, and other relevant business considerations.
