POSITION OVERVIEW

Responsible for the design and execution of promotional initiatives and sales events aimed at enhancing brand visibility and driving sales growth. Collaborates closely with the Field Marketing Manager to provide guidance, coaching, and mentorship to the brand ambassador team.

PRIMARY DUTIES
  • Assists corporate headquarters in executing marketing strategies and campaigns aligned with the organization's overall sales and marketing objectives.
  • Works in partnership with field marketing teams to enhance retail performance and sales momentum, particularly in support of third-party retailers.
  • Manages logistics for sales promotions and actively represents brand interests.
  • Creates effective strategies for sharing promotional content with clients.
  • Evaluates and monitors the effectiveness of sales promotions.
  • Provides support to staff in navigating complex tasks.
  • Organizes work schedules and assigns specific responsibilities to team members.
  • Handles Human Resources and Employee Relations matters, payroll, and administrative tasks within the designated region.
  • Tracks Brand Ambassador performance to ensure objectives are achieved.
  • Schedules field teams for market activities.
  • Onboards and trains new field representatives.
  • Oversees management of Team Leads.
  • Facilitates crisis resolution as needed.
  • Regularly directs and supervises the work of other employees.
  • Makes significant recommendations regarding personnel decisions such as hiring, promotions, and separations.
  • Manages daily operations of a specific team within the department.
  • Exhibits discretion and independent judgment in managing team tasks and challenges.
  • Primarily serves as a supervisor, contributing to enterprise management by assisting in employee training, assigning job duties, and participating in personnel status changes while adhering to established management policies and ensuring compliance with applicable laws.
  • Performs additional duties as required to support business objectives as assigned by the supervisor.

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE

REQUIREMENTS
  • Must be at least 21 years of age.
  • Availability for on-site operations Monday through Friday.
  • Work is project and objective-driven, requiring flexibility for weekends and holidays as necessary.
