Overview:


Conway Behavioral Health is in search of a committed Vice President of Healthcare Partnerships to enhance service offerings as outlined by leadership by cultivating and maintaining referral networks from medical professionals and other essential non-medical referral channels.


Key Responsibilities:


CORE FUNCTIONS:
​Engage collaboratively with hospital discharge coordinators, social service professionals, case management teams, physicians, and administrative personnel, while also providing educational resources to foster referral connections.

​Work in unison with all tiers of facility and division sales management to advance the organization's mission and financial objectives by promoting service line features, processes, and outcomes to consumers, physicians, and market facility groups/individuals.

​Partner closely with hospital discharge coordinators, social service professionals, case management teams, physicians, management, inpatient units, and educational staff to cultivate referral networks.

​Collaborate with facility and division leaders to assess, analyze, and interpret market utilization data relevant to facility service lines.

​Establish robust collaborative relationships with admissions/intake teams.

​Design and execute a comprehensive internal and external marketing strategy aimed at boosting revenues and profitability for the facility.

​Ensure that referral priorities are recognized and aligned with the organization's vision and strategic objectives.

​Promptly document all activities in the company’s Customer Relationship Management system (Salesforce).

​Evaluate, analyze, and interpret market demographics, including population statistics, age, gender, ethnicity, and projected trends for patient demographics.

​Collaborate with division and/or market physician services, facility leaders, and medical staff leadership to formulate sales and retention strategies for facility services.

​Implement referral and retention strategies/plans effectively, continuously adjusting strategies and plans to ensure quality outcomes and results for referral sources and the facility.

​Successfully secure new referral sources and conduct face-to-face meetings with referral sources to ensure a comprehensive understanding of available services. Follow up with referral sources as necessary.

​Prepare and deliver regular reports that identify trends, additional referral opportunities, and challenges to retention and growth.

​Provide leadership to staff, including hiring, development, training, performance management, and communication to ensure effective and efficient departmental operations.

Qualifications:
​EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE/

SKILL REQUIREMENTS:
​Bachelor's degree required; Master's degree preferred.

​Minimum of five years of relevant experience in a healthcare business development role required.

​At least one year of supervisory experience required.

​LICENSES/DESIGNATIONS/

CERTIFICATIONS:
​Must possess and maintain a valid driver's license, maintain automobile insurance coverage, and have access to a vehicle as required by the facility.
