Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Healthcare Operations Manager to join our team at Health Care Partners of South Carolina. As a key member of our administrative staff, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our medical office, ensuring seamless delivery of patient care and exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise and Coordinate Office Operations: Oversee the work of all office employees, ensuring they work productively and meet deadlines and company standards.
  • Manage Scheduling and Registration: Supervise patient scheduling, registration, financial counseling, data entry and processing, and cash posting.
  • Develop and Implement Office Policies: Develop, implement, and maintain office policies and procedures to ensure regulatory compliance and efficient operations.
  • Provide Leadership and Guidance: Counsel employees struggling in their roles, conduct performance reviews, and assist with interviews, hires, and training.
  • Ensure Regulatory Compliance: Ensure compliance with HIPAA, OSHA, labor laws, and other federal, state, and local regulations.
  • Coordinate Staff Meetings: Coordinate staff meetings for administrative staff and ensure staffing is appropriate for day-to-day operations.
Requirements
  • Education and Experience: Graduation from a standard high school or GED, three years of experience in healthcare or medical office, and two or more years of supervisory experience.
  • Skills and Qualifications: Strong written and verbal communication skills, organization and multitasking abilities, flexibility, strong interpersonal skills, leadership ability, and attention to detail.
