Key Responsibilities:

Track delivery of assigned projects and ensure compliance with State Street's SDLC procedures and agile ceremonies
Support senior delivery engineers in overseeing business operations functions such as headcount or vendor Statement Of Work Management

What You Will Learn:

Gain hands-on experience with scrum ceremonies and learn how to scale Agile delivery
Develop a full understanding of different delivery methodologies and business operations processes
Learn how to manage projects and programs of various complexities

Requirements:

Bachelor's or master's degree in computer science, engineering, mathematics, or physics
0-2 years of professional experience or equivalent college project experience
Familiarity with concepts for delivering software following Scrum methodology
Knowledge of tracking issue systems and wikis (e.g. Jira and Confluence)
Familiarity with data visualization tools (Power BI, QlickSense, Tableau)
Completed Accounting or Contract Law classes while at school
Effective written and verbal communication skills

Salary Range: $52,000 - $78,520 Annual
