Key Responsibilities

  1. Build strong relationships with children, families, and colleagues to create a positive and supportive community.
  2. Implement curriculum and activities that promote learning, socialization, and physical activity.
  3. Supervise and engage with children during activities, ensuring their safety and well-being.
  4. Communicate effectively with parents and caregivers to share information about their child's progress and needs.
  5. Participate in staff meetings and training sessions to stay up-to-date on best practices and policies.
