Job Overview

At T-Mobile, we're seeking a results-driven Sales Professional to join our team. As a Sales Professional, you will be responsible for acquiring new business and meeting sales quota objectives within an assigned geographic territory. You will sell T-Mobile's products and services to customers, analyze their needs, and apply solution-based selling techniques to demonstrate the value of our offerings.

Key Responsibilities
  • Generate leads and referrals through prospecting, cold calling, and networking.
  • Identify customer needs and apply solution-based selling techniques to demonstrate the value of T-Mobile's products and services.
  • Negotiate and close deals.
  • Work with leadership to develop skills in prospecting, call execution, and relationship management.
  • Devise creative and effective sales approaches, solutions, and proposals.
  • Manage sales funnel and generate reporting on sales activities and forecasting.
Requirements
  • High School Diploma/GED required; Bachelor's Degree preferred.
  • 1+ years of verifiable new customer acquisition sales experience, preferably in a commissioned environment.
  • Task management, customer service, communication, negotiation, and proposal writing skills.
