We are seeking an experienced Industrial Maintenance Mechanic to join our team. As a key member of our maintenance team, you will be responsible for performing routine maintenance tasks, troubleshooting equipment issues, and ensuring the reliability of our industrial processes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform periodic maintenance routines, including lubrication and inspection of equipment to ensure optimal performance and uptime.
  • Collaborate with operations associates to identify and prioritize maintenance needs, ensuring minimal downtime and maximum productivity.
  • Maintain accurate maintenance logs, including labor hours and critical preventative maintenance findings, to inform future maintenance decisions.
  • Adhere to all plant safety and environmental guidelines, policies, and procedures, actively participating in the safety program to ensure a safe working environment.
  • Assist in the development and implementation of reliability-centered maintenance strategies to reduce equipment failures and improve overall efficiency.
  • Apply problem-solving methods, such as 5Y, to identify and resolve equipment issues, reducing downtime and improving overall performance.
  • Work in a fast-paced, dynamic industrial environment, adhering to all safety protocols and procedures.
Requirements
  • A minimum of two years of mechanical maintenance experience in an industrial, manufacturing, or military environment.
  • Experience troubleshooting issues with bearings, chains, sprockets, gearboxes, and conveyors, rollers, pulleys, and shafts.
  • Experience with fabricating, torch cutting, and arc welding.
  • Experience using a computer for record-keeping and documentation functions.
Preferred Qualifications
  • An associate's degree or two years of study from a technical college in the fields of Industrial Maintenance or Industrial Technology.
  • Five or more years of mechanical maintenance experience in an industrial, manufacturing, or military environment.
  • Experience troubleshooting and repairing pneumatics.
  • Experience with reading mechanical drawings, P&IDs, and precision measurements.
