Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Automotive Technician to join our team at Goodyear. As an Automotive Technician, you will be responsible for inspecting, diagnosing, and repairing vehicles to ensure they are safe and running efficiently.

Key Responsibilities
  • Troubleshoot and Repair Vehicles: Use your technical skills to identify and fix problems with vehicles, including brakes, suspension, alignment, engine performance, and air conditioning systems.
  • Inspect and Diagnose Vehicle Systems: Conduct thorough inspections of vehicle systems to identify potential issues and recommend repairs.
  • Provide Excellent Customer Service: Work with customers to understand their vehicle needs and provide solutions to ensure their satisfaction.
  • Stay Up-to-Date with Industry Developments: Participate in ongoing training and education to stay current with the latest technologies and techniques in the automotive industry.
Requirements
  • 3+ Years of Automotive Repair Experience: Proven experience in diagnosing and repairing vehicles, including brakes, suspension, alignment, engine performance, and air conditioning systems.
  • ASE Certification: Possess a valid ASE certification in Steering and Suspension and Brakes.
  • Strong Communication Skills: Ability to effectively communicate with customers and colleagues to ensure seamless service delivery.
  • Physical Demands: Ability to lift, bend, and stand for extended periods, as well as work in a fast-paced environment.
