PURE Property Management is seeking a highly skilled Field Support Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support to our properties and ensuring that our residents receive the highest level of service.
Key Responsibilities- Perform property evaluations, including new property assessments, move-out evaluations, and vacant property checks.
- Examine and document property conditions, identifying needed repairs and ensuring that all work is completed in accordance with company policies and procedures.
- Work with computers and smartphone-based dispatching and email systems to manage work orders and communicate with the property management team.
- Be available to the property management team for any field work, including evenings and weekends as needed.
- Maintain a valid driver's license and clean driving record, and ensure that all company vehicles are properly maintained.
- Lift and carry 50 pounds, climb ladders and stairs, walk, bend, reach, and perform other functions as may be required to complete assigned tasks.
- Attend staff, training, and other meetings as directed by management, and maintain knowledge of state, local, and federal fair housing laws.
- Dress in a PURE Property Management-approved uniform and maintain a professional appearance at all times.
- A general knowledge of maintenance functions, including basic plumbing, electric, and carpentry.
- A valid and active driver's license.
- Reliable transportation for daily work duties.
