This role is a Full-Time position with a base salary plus commission, offering a compensation range of $40,000 to $120,000 annually, disbursed semi-monthly.

- Welcome customers promptly and foster a positive customer experience.
- Address customer inquiries regarding services and repairs.
- Receive and clarify repair orders, ensuring customers understand the costs and timelines involved.
- Assist in scheduling service appointments.
- Review customer invoices prior to payment.
- Generate and finalize service documentation.
- Provide management with feedback on maintenance and repair recommendations.
- Stay informed about current promotions and special offers.
- Respond to phone calls and emails promptly.
- Deliver a professional, positive, and friendly customer experience.
- Encourage customer loyalty through exemplary service delivery.
- Bachelor's Degree and/or a minimum of 3 years of experience in the automotive field.
- Exceptional customer service skills with a friendly demeanor.
- Ability to understand and communicate complex service information.
- Knowledge of vehicle maintenance and repair processes.
- Capability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong problem-solving and communication abilities.
- Excellent organizational, time management, and multitasking skills.
- A valid driver's license is required.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
