About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Account Executive to join our team at Rentokil North America. As an Account Executive, you will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies to drive business growth and expand our customer base.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute sales plans to achieve sales targets and expand customer relationships
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and internal stakeholders
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activity to inform sales strategies
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify new business opportunities and drive growth
  • Meet or exceed sales targets and performance metrics
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; college degree preferred
  • 2+ years of experience in business-to-business sales
  • Proven track record of success in sales and customer relationship development
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
