Job Overview
The Human Capital Effectiveness (HCE) Manager plays a pivotal role in enhancing organizational performance by identifying and addressing opportunities within the broader HR framework.

This position utilizes HR expertise and project management acumen to streamline processes and elevate the efficiency of human capital practices in collaboration with HR partners and other key stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities
In collaboration with HR partners and stakeholders, the HCE Manager is responsible for the following:

  1. Collaborate with HR colleagues to proactively pinpoint and articulate continuous improvement opportunities, ensuring that human capital processes are straightforward, systematic, scalable, effective, and aligned with client needs.
  2. Identify and eliminate inefficiencies in HR processes, promoting fit-for-purpose standardization in partnership with stakeholders.
  3. Utilize project management skills to design and lead initiatives that address identified continuous improvement opportunities.
  4. Provide leadership and direction to cross-functional project teams focused on enhancing people processes, ensuring alignment with overarching HR strategic goals.
  5. Oversee and refine the Employee Lifecycle assessment process, currently managed through a survey platform, to ensure it is user-friendly, scalable, and insightful for leadership roles.
  6. Conduct regular evaluations of HR processes to assess effectiveness, identify improvement areas, and drive ongoing optimization.
  7. Develop a comprehensive understanding of HRIS data elements, reporting capabilities, and relevant KPIs for various stakeholder groups.
  8. Monitor, analyze, and report on human capital metrics to provide insights and actionable recommendations based on data-driven approaches.
  9. Ensure the accuracy, completeness, timeliness, and consistency of reported data.
  10. Support initiatives aimed at fostering a culture of continuous improvement and data-driven insights within HR.
  11. Deliver pertinent training sessions as new enhancements, tools, or capabilities are introduced by the HCE team.
  12. Perform additional duties as assigned.
