Human Factors Technical Director

**Job Summary**

We are seeking a highly skilled Human Factors Technical Director to join our team at Eurofins USA BioPharma Services. As a key member of our human factors team, you will be responsible for providing high-level expertise and consultation on human factors activities. Your primary focus will be on study protocol development, study moderation, and reporting.

**Key Responsibilities**

* Manage multiple programs and projects at various stages of the human factors timelines, ensuring timely completion and adherence to client requirements.

* Plan, conduct, and report on human factors activities in support of customer programs, including moderating studies and authoring protocols and reports.

* Develop and implement human factors strategies that are pragmatic and aligned with client goals.

* Collaborate with clients to address FDA requests and attend virtual meetings as needed.

* Manage budgets and 3rd party contractors to ensure efficient project delivery.

* Stay up-to-date with the latest human factors knowledge and methods, as well as regulatory requirements.

* Provide guidance and support to other team members as needed.

**Requirements**

* Proven experience in human factors, with a strong background in study protocol development, study moderation, and reporting.

* Excellent communication and project management skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and creatively.

* Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a focus on delivering high-quality results.
