Job Description

The Organizational Effectiveness (OE) Manager plays a crucial role in enhancing company-wide performance by identifying opportunities across the HR landscape and working towards effective solutions and improvements. This position utilizes HR expertise and project management capabilities to implement efficiencies and enhance the effectiveness of human capital practices in collaboration with HR colleagues and other stakeholders.

Key responsibilities of the OE Manager include:

  • Collaborating with HR colleagues to proactively identify and articulate continuous improvement opportunities, ensuring that human capital processes are streamlined, systematic, scalable, and effective in meeting client needs.
  • Identifying and eliminating inefficiencies in HR processes while promoting fit-for-purpose standardization in partnership with stakeholders.
  • Applying project management skills to develop and lead initiatives that address identified continuous improvement opportunities.
  • Providing leadership and direction to cross-functional project teams focused on enhancing people processes, ensuring alignment with overarching HR strategic objectives.
  • Managing and optimizing the Employee Lifecycle assessment process, currently facilitated through the Qualtrics Survey platform, to ensure it is user-friendly, scalable, and insightful for leadership roles.
  • Conducting regular evaluations of HR processes to assess effectiveness, pinpoint areas for enhancement, and drive ongoing optimization.
  • Gaining a comprehensive understanding of HRIS data elements, reporting capabilities, and relevant KPIs for various stakeholder groups.
  • Tracking, analyzing, and reporting human capital metrics to provide insights and actionable recommendations based on data-driven approaches.
  • Ensuring the accuracy, completeness, timeliness, and consistency of reported data.
  • Supporting initiatives to cultivate a culture of continuous improvement and data-driven insights within HR.
  • Delivering relevant training sessions as new enhancements, tools, or capabilities are introduced by the OE team.
  • Performing additional duties as assigned.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is required.
  • A minimum of 5 years of progressively responsible experience in HR-related roles with exposure to a wide range of human capital activities.
  • Prior experience managing complex Employee Lifecycle and other HR-related projects is essential.
  • Experience supporting both knowledge-based and manufacturing workforces is preferred.
  • Strong background in data analysis or people analytics, including tracking, analysis, and reporting.
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite (MS Excel, SmartSheets, Word, PowerPoint, etc.) is required.
  • Familiarity with Qualtrics or Dayforce is a plus.
  • Excellent time management and prioritization skills are necessary.
  • Effective communication skills (oral, written, and presentation) and interpersonal abilities to engage with team members and business leaders.
  • Ability to build and maintain positive working relationships and ongoing engagement with internal and external teams to drive success.
  • A service-oriented mindset, responsive to business and client needs, providing efficient, high-quality service and innovative solutions.
  • Strong collaboration skills, listening actively, building trust, and working effectively with others to achieve business outcomes.
